Four hundred years ago, on 1604, a previously unseen star suddenly appeared in the night sky. It was much brighter than all other stars we would ever seen. The thing later named supernova, which not only beautiful, but also could be dangerous if it gets too close to us. Supernova is a beautiful, epic moment that created by a blast of death star. The word supernova was coined by Walter Baade and Fritz Zwicky in 1931. Its name was derived from nova that means new. Besides a blast that emit lights, supernovas are also known as the end of star’s life cycle.  Supernovae may expel much, if not all, of the material away from a star a t velocities up to  30,000 km/s  or 10% of the speed of light.  The most recent supernova visible to the eye was Supernova 1987A, in the year 1987. About Me in 10 Minutes

Hello, People! How are you doing? So, my English teacher asked the class to make a post about ourselves. Actually, I'm not sure of what I’m going to write here. But let's just start with my name. My name is Rumondang Jonachyntia Agustin Simorangkir, but you can always ( and please ) call me Jona , or if we’ve been a little closer you can go with  Jojo. I was born in Bandung on 2002. Anyway, I'm going to be 15 in 5 days! Anyone could guess my birth date? I love music. My parents had introduced me unto music since I was a toddler. My father plays piano since he was a kid, so he wanted his children to play at least one instrument. Well in fact, I can play 4 music instruments in total, including piano, violin, guitar (both 6 and 12 strings <but I’m not a good 12 strings guitar player> and also ukulele!) and guitar bass. BAKDES

Bakti Desa is a yearly event that was held by the school for the 11th graders at the time. Bakti Desa  required the students to live as a villager at a dorp, and this year the event was held at Desa Kertasari, Cibeureum. Students was divided unto some groups that separated unto different houses. I lived with Shalma, Aulia Karima, and Ms. Budi for three days at Mr. Alo's house. During the days, we helped Mr. Alo at his garden that was about 2 miles away from his house. At the night, the class made a campfire, where we could enjoy our togetherness and eat grilled chicken. Yum! Oh and by the way, Mr. Alo's garden was pretty close to a river. So we went there and enjoy our time while we were taking some photos. Desa Kertasari was really great, it's completely different from Bandung, where I lived. The air was still cold and its really fresh. I might not forgot about the moments I went trough the days at Desa Kertasari. I really enjoyed and happy to once be a part of it.
